By using the Bhoomi Farms store and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable.
We may correct pricing or availability errors and will inform you before charging.
Seasonal produce is subject to availability; weights are approximate due to the nature of fresh fruit.

Online payments are handled by a secure third-party gateway. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with weather, location and courier conditions. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.
