We ship in insulated, cushioned boxes through cold-chain courier partners. Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 1–2 days; rest of the UAE: 2–3 days. A live tracking link is shared by email and WhatsApp.
We pack for the journey, but if anything arrives damaged, raise a complaint with a photo within 24 hours and we'll replace or refund — no arguments.

Yes — we are Dubai Municipality approved and many lines are residue-tested. Lab and GI certificates are available on request for bulk and corporate orders.
