Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Because we sell fresh, perishable produce, our policy is built around quality on arrival rather than traditional returns.
Damaged or unsatisfactory on arrival
- If your produce arrives damaged, spoiled or not as described, raise a complaint with a clear photo within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once verified, we will replace the item in your next dispatch or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued via card refund or bank transfer.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are packed — usually within a few hours of placing the order.
- Once an order is packed or shipped it cannot be cancelled, as the produce is already in cold-chain transit.
Advance bookings
Pre-bookings for seasonal items can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, the standard arrival-quality policy applies.
How to raise a request
Use the Register a Complaint page for a tracked reference number, or message us on WhatsApp. Keep your order ID handy to speed things up.
