We pack for the journey and partner with cold-chain couriers so your produce arrives as fresh as it left the farm.

Delivery timelines

Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: next-day or 1–2 working days.
Rest of the UAE (Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ & Al Ain): 2–3 working days.
Advance-booking / seasonal items ship from the first harvest — the dispatch window is shown on the product page.

Delivery charges

Free delivery on all orders above AED 99.
A flat AED 9 cold-chain handling fee applies to orders below AED 99.
No hidden charges — the final amount is shown at checkout, inclusive of taxes.

Packaging

Perishables travel in insulated, cushioned boxes with food-grade liners and, where needed, gel packs. Mangoes are bedded in hay or paper wool to ripen naturally in transit.

Tracking

Every order ships with a courier AWB and a live tracking link, shared by email and WhatsApp. You can also track anytime from the Track Order page using your order ID.

Serviceability

We deliver to all 7 emirates. Enter your area or P.O. Box on any product page to confirm serviceability and the expected delivery window before you order.
